"The hotel is a little bit outside of Klikor. At first our driver had some diiifculties of finding the hotel. Bute once we arrived it was a big surprise how big the hotel was. The service staff was really nice and polite. They showed us the rooms that were supposed to be ours but also asked if we were ok with the rooms. Two of the rooms didn‘t have a fridge. "The manager is not a trustworthy person, he try tricking us with electricity meter, we were given an apartment with a damaged central table, when we asked he to change the table he did no show up anymore. There were cockroaches in the apartment. After checking out the manager keep calling us to explore some money from us. Trying to cheat us of additional electricity recharge . When we told him that we will file a complaint to Expedia . He then start threatening us ."
